Johns Hopkins University Tuition Remission
Retirees are eligible for 100 percent remission for credit courses, 80 percent remission for non-credit personal enrichment courses and 25 percent remission for private instruction at Peabody.
Spouses of retirees are eligible for 50 percent remission for credit courses and non-credit personal enrichment courses and 25 percent remission for private instruction at Peabody. Payment allowances are for part-time study only.
Courses must be offered through the continuing education unit of one of the University's academic divisions. Courses offered by individual departments are not eligible.
If you or your spouse are interested in enrolling in courses, fill out a Tuition Remission Plan Application (available in all divisional Human Resources Offices). After your remission application is processed, the HR office will issue a credit voucher to be used at the time of class registration. This process may be completed by mail.
