As someone in a leadership position, you no doubt want your employees to be successful in their jobs. You likely also recognize that there may be times when the performance or behavioral concerns of an employee require information beyond your capacity. The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FASAP) can help you handle difficult situations.
To start, you may want to talk with FASAP about your concerns and to get advice on how to proceed. Or, you may feel the best course of action is to refer your employee to FASAP. No matter what you decide, FASAP will work with you and your employee to try to find a remedy to your concerns.
