Help a Colleague

At times, life can be stressful. Managing work and a personal or family life often leads to unwanted worry. You may become aware of or exposed to a colleague's comments or behaviors that concern you. It is important to "trust your gut" in these situations and take action.

Your kind words, expression of concern, and suggestion to consider contacting the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FASAP) can make a significant difference in the life of your colleague, his or her family and friends, and the Johns Hopkins community. We want all distressed employees to receive assistance before concerning behaviors escalate.
