Seven simple ways for employees to support the Baltimore community
Each year, Johns Hopkins and its employees generously support neighboring communities in Baltimore City. Volunteering time, donating money, and contributing resources—in addition to providing many benefits to those facing hardship—builds and fortifies a healthy workplace and helps participants develop skills, strengthen relationships, relieve stress, and promote well-being.
As the giving season approaches, faculty and staff will receive several announcements about ways they can give time, money, and resources. To help you review some of the opportunities at a glance, the Office of Work, Life and Engagement has posted on its website an annotated list of its programs offered through the end of 2018.
