Stress. What is it? Stress is a normal part of life that affects us on a physical, mental, and/or emotional level. Sometimes stress can become overwhelming, and things can feel like they are getting out of control. Maintaining and managing a work environment that it efficient, effective, and supportive can be a stressful experience. Managers have the responsibility to manage personalities and relationships in the workplace as well as meeting their own professional and personal goals. In this workshop, we will identify different types of stressors and how they can impact our minds and bodies. Learn tips and techniques for managing stressors in the workplace as well as cope with the competing demands and responsibilities of life.
